Delete your SpendCaddie account
SpendCaddie lets you start account deletion from the app or from the authenticated web settings. You must sign in so we can verify that the request belongs to you.
In the mobile app
Open More, choose Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm the request.
On the web
Sign in, then open the protected deletion flow in account settings.

Deleting your SpendCaddie account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewal charges. The same rule applies to subscriptions purchased through Apple or Stripe: cancel through the provider that billed you.
What deletion covers
- Your SpendCaddie profile and authentication access
- Debts, payoff plans, payment logs, preferences, notes, and uploaded profile images
- Local provider-connection records and active linked-account access
- Other user-owned application data that is not subject to a legal retention exception
Retention, de-identification, and legal holds
Once the verified deletion completes, user-owned application data is deleted or de-identified according to SpendCaddie's privacy lifecycle. Limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, audit, consent, and deletion evidence may be retained when required for legal compliance, dispute handling, or enforcement. That limited evidence is separated from the active account where practical and may be retained for up to seven years.
A valid legal hold, investigation, or preservation obligation may temporarily suspend deletion of the affected records. Providers may also keep their own records under their legal obligations and policies. Privacy export source evidence may be retained for up to 90 days, while a generated export artifact expires after 24 hours.
If you cannot sign in or need help with a privacy request, email privacy@spendcaddie.com. Do not email passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or full account numbers.
